SUMMARY:Organic Chocolate Taste and Make Featuring Tabal Chocolate
DESCRIPTION:“We are committed to creating a healthier\, more flavorful and socially just chocolate than conventional chocolate.” \nMilwaukee Domes Alliance and Tabal Chocolate bring you an organic\, ethically-sourced chocolate taste-and-make workshop. \nIn this workshop\, you’ll learn about Tabal’s bean-to-bar process from owner and chocolate-maker Dan Bieser. \nWe’ll grind real cacao beans to make a chocolate drink\, taste the differences between chocolates from around the world\, and sample many of Tabal’s unique flavors. Then we’ll travel to the tropics and visit our Domes’ Cacao Tree – the true provider of delicious chocolate! \nCost includes all materials. Bring cash if you wish to purchase additional chocolate bars after class. Includes entrance to The Domes. \nThis workshop is a part of the Milwaukee Domes Alliance adult workshop series. Youth 12-15 are welcome with an adult supervisor. \nPre-registration is required.
