DESCRIPTION:Bees!\nMilwaukee County Parks has spent years documenting something extraordinary — our urban park system has become one of the most important strongholds for native bee populations in the state. Tucked between farmland and freeways\, 10\,000+ acres of natural areas offer something increasingly rare: refuge. \nAnd the bees have repaid us in full. \nBut here’s what many people don’t realize — the conservation story doesn’t stop at the park’s edge. Every bloom in Milwaukee County is part of something bigger. \nAnd this spring\, that story has a home at the Domes. BEES! highlights several types of native Wisconsin bees in a landscape fit for a bumblebee’s playground — surrounded by hydrangeas\, spring bulbs\, and eight one-of-a-kind sculptures made from recycled metal. \nDiscover the vital role these incredible pollinators play in our gardens\, ecosystems\, and lives. Beauty is in the eye of the BEE-holder. \nApril 4 – May 25\, 2026. \n* There are no live bees in the Domes.

DESCRIPTION:Welcome to Milwaukee’s favorite indoor art festival!\nDates: Saturday–Sunday\, April 25–26\, 2026\nTime: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM\nLocation: Mitchell Park Domes\, Milwaukee\, WI\nTickets Available Here \n\nArt in the Green\, one of Milwaukee’s most popular art festivals\, brings two days of art\, food\, and fun to the Mitchell Park Domes. This event hosts more than two dozen regional and local artists inside our one-of-a-kind venue! Discover woodwork\, jewelry\, paintings\, ceramics\, and many other mediums. The festival includes food vendors and live music throughout the Domes. \nCome and enjoy a variety of artwork for sale from local artists and our living museum as you stroll with a smoothie\, coffee\, or cocktail in hand. \nAdmission is FREE for Milwaukee Domes Alliance members\, and no advance tickets are necessary (just show up with your membership card and ID).
