Join the Friends of the Domes and Audrey of the Mitchell Park Wellness Collective for a cozy Saturday afternoon at the Domes.
Learn to curate your very own incense bar using herbs that reflect the energy you want to bring into your space, whether that be for good luck, peace, or protection. This event is all about nurturing your mind, body, and soul through the power of meditation and aromatherapy.
After a presentation describing the benefits attributed to different herbs you will choose what you’ll be adding into your very own incense blend. The build-your-own incense bar will include a variety of ingredients as well as charcoal discs to burn your blend on. To end the class we will join in a guided meditation, you can then recreate these skills you’ve learned at home! Incorporating herbs and meditation into your wellness can be life changing, so don’t miss out!
Whether you’re experienced in meditation or just starting your wellness journey, this event offers something for everyone.
